Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
To request a cancellation, contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number.
AuraWear reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an order is canceled by us after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
